Larry Edward Griffeth, 76 of Charlotte, NC passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023 at his home in Charlotte, NC. He was born in Clarke County, GA to William and Dorothy Griffeth on June 26, 1947. Larry is survived by his daughter, Bethany Griffeth and his grandson, Mason Anderson, both of Charlotte, NC. Mason shares his grandfather's birthday. Larry is also survived by his twin brother, Harry and his wife Sandy Griffeth who reside in Pineville NC. Larry proudly served the United States Marine Corps for 17 years.
